Easy to rent, easy to store! Liking this already!!

We have worked with multiple storage units over the years and NEVER have we received the superior service received at the PublicStorage, 5920 W. Plano Pkwy. ED, the manager for this site, is amazing !! Nothing is impossible. Whether you are the only client in the general office area, or there are others present...EACH individual is acknowledged and made to feel included from the beginning. ED is superior in gently guiding clients in information ...ie; he assists all in gaging the size of unit they actually need... or giving an honest opinion of how many boxes you need to purchase...he has a novel approach for this day and time: ED cares and the customer is important...not just a number.
