Renee at PS in Alexandria was extremely helpful in guiding me thru downsizing my unit — and I’m not even using that location or living in Alexandria. She responded to me because of my missteps in trying to do on the website and I had many questions. She was very patient, professional, and clearly personable. It was a pleasure to talk with her.

RENEE WAS VERY HELPFUL. SHE ANSWERED ALL THE QUESTIONS THAT I HAD.. IT WAS A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE..

Mike at Ponte Vedra Beach was the best representative for Public Storage I have ever met. He always had my best interests and kept me in contact whenever there was a glitch with my monthly payments due to me credit unions security changes. I can't thank Mike enough for his professional approach to business and yet, he and I had a great personal repose.
