Last year I purchased $22.00 worth of chai syrup from this company. The shipping fee was $10--so I put them on my "never again" list Today I received notice that my $79.00 a year "membership" fee was processed. I never signed up for a membership and limit my subscriptions tightly. When I tried to leave a negative review on their website, it refused to process! I am getting a refund but WARNING--DON'T USE THIS VENDOR

From an internet purchase from "Public Goods", I was automatically charges $70+ for a "membership" which I hadn't requested. 'close to wire fraud.

They have raised their prices 300% within one year! I used to tell everyone to buy from public goods and now I will absolutely tell no one nor will I ever purchase anything from them again. Too bad great products great company that greed took over!

PG decided to charge me and thousands of others with an annual membership that was not consented/nor agreed to. I have reported them to IC3 as well as the FTC.

I asked for help opening the pump on my new conditioner bottle, a first time purchase. I was asked to make a review of Daniel's response by email. I never got a response from Daniel or anyone. I found my solution by searching on YouTube.

Absolutely awful. There is no number to reach out to for customer service. I tried the online chat messenger in which they estimated someone would get back to within an hour. I kept the window open for multiple hours. No one got back to me until the next day, and by the time I saw the response (30 mins after the message) the ticket had already been closed.

I was very disappointed to learn that my purchase of your product depends on ME sorting it out with the delivery people. I expect that since you choose the delivery service they should hear from you on this. As noted we received HALF of the order only??? Please let me know if this is your usual policy and I will consider it for future potential orders.
