I did not mean to sign up for a Public Goods subscription, so after I was charged, I emailed asking to cancel my subscription and receive a refund. I expected to be met with a response that made it clear part of the company's model is to trick consumers into paying a large amount of money for a subscription service they were not seeking. Instead, Inah Carmella Baguio very kindly and clearly explained to me how Public Goods works, cancelled my membership for me, and helped me get a refund.
