My husband and I had recently come across Public Goods products in two unrelated environments. We were so impressed with the quality of the shower essentials (and the hand soap and lotion) that I placed an order to outfit our Lakehouse with the same products to give the same experience to our guests. A few days later I sent an email asking if dispensing pumps were sold separately as I felt this would be most convenient. This LITTLE feature which I felt would be a BIG asset was sent to me at no extra charge!

Public Goods sells good products, responsibly sourced and packaged. I especially value their follow-up when something goes wrong: they work to satisfy customers and to be sure that it doesn't happen again. Customer service, in my opinion, will make or break my relationship with a company. I do appreciate the help I got when a product arrived damaged.
