Fantastic customer service … even on the weekends.

I absolutely love public goods! There products are reasonably priced, especially for such quality ingredients and so many organic products. I received a candle that had broken during shipping and they sent out a replacement the same day I spoke with customer support. So happy!

The customer service responded very quickly (within minutes!) and immediately replaced the two bags of shampoo refill that had exploded in shipment. It was the easiest customer service experience I've ever had. They even gave me a choice of replacing the bags or getting a refund. It was pretty hassle free. Thanks!

When I moved to Oregon last year and discovered Public Goods, I timidly tried a bottle of their shampoo. It was overwhelmingly the best shampoo I have ever tried. My wife thinks it makes her thin hair fuller, and I think it makes my thick hair look fabulous. So naturally, I then bought a whole lot of shampoo, as well as a couple of body wash products. Again, the body wash turned out to be fabulous! I recommend Public Goods very highly.
