I was charged for an annual membership I didn't realize I was signed up for. Dreading a difficult process to cancel and reverse the charges, I was pleasantly surprised to have a fast, extremely courteous email exchange with a customer service agent, Margot. There was a generous discount offer if I'd like to stay and, when I indicated I really wanted to cancel, absolutely no hassle in processing a refund. Very happy and won't hesitate to come back in the future.

I've had a Public Goods popcorn maker for some time and I've used it almost daily since I got it. Recently I moved states so I gifted it to my nephew and decided to buy myself a replacement. Once it arrived, it seemed fine, so I used it that same night. The next morning, I was told that the popcorn maker had a crack. I took a picture of it and emailed public goods. The dedication to making it right was awesome. I was offered a refund or replacement. I chose replacement. The team shipped it out within a couple of days and I expect to receive it in a couple more. Public Goods cares about their customers and that's not something you see every day.
