Public GoodsReviews of publicgoods.com

I like the product. It's a nice neutral smell and nice packaging. Mostly, I appreciated their customer service. We went a different direction this year, and they were gracious in offering a refund on a charge that had already cleared. I like that kind of service and it definitely builds up my faith in a company.

Margot was amazing. She was precise and helped me solve my issue very quickly- thank you for a hassle-free solution!

Margot responded very quickly, explained the situation, presented an attractive offer, made it easy and nonjudgmental for me to accept or decline the offer and acted on my request immediately. This was model customer service and one more reason to do business with Public Goods.

Public Goods is all around solid. I hope to become a member again when my financial situation allows, but had to cancel unexpectedly and got a full refund with no questions asked. Customer service was great to work with.

The help I received in placing my first order. The order arrived in a timely manner.

Every time I speak with a customer service representative they are very helpful. This company wants your business!!! I haven’t had a bad interaction with them. I have been a client since they open.

Iris was super helpful! It's rare to find friendly customer service people nowadays, so it was a really pleasant surprise. You guys are hiring the right people! Thanks again Iris!

Margot was wonderful in helping me with my problem. She responded quickly and compassionately.
