The service I received when my package was damaged on its way to me was exceptional. Margot was friendly, efficient and had my order resent within a couple of hours from our call. With tracking information. I own a small business and we strive to hire service providers who go the extra mile. Kudos and thank you! 🙏🏽

Public Goods is a company that takes care of its customers! I usually never have to reach out except to order items. This time I reached out because there was an issue with one of the items I received. Daniel reached out immediately and the issue has been resolved satisfactorily. I will continue to order from Public Goods because I remain a highly satisfied customer!

The response was quick. It informed me about a product I loved but couldn’t find on the website anymore.

So nice to reorder my entire purchase because I sent it to the wrong address. Entirely my fault.
