I contacted the company to cancel my membership. They, in the person of Daniel, responded quickly, and after offering me a much discounted subscription, which I declined, cancelled my membership and refunded my membership fee. I’m very satisfied.

Excellent and timely response to a membership question on a holiday! I was given options and didn’t that day nor the next day. Within ~36 hours, I received another email and my issue was resolved. The customer service is amazing. I love many of the companies products.
