I asked about a roll-on deodorant product. Was told "we do not have an exact date for our paper tube deodorant restock but rest assured our team is on it!" This isn't really telling me anything new. A date for its restock would be helpful. There exists the possibility it may never be restocked. Correct?

Hey people who thinks they were "scammed" - IF you read their Home Page, it's THERE, it DOES state they are a "Membership" online store, just like Costco! DUH! Like with anything else out there, it's your responsibility as a Consumer to "read" Agreed Upon Terms & Conditions. Obviously these allegedly scammed people DID NOT do that! I gave 3-Stars as a "neutral" rating because I have not yet ordered from them.

Tbe products are ok, the membership has no benefits that I can see. Shipping cost is too high so I haven’t ordered again. One item I liked is no longer available. Not worth it.

Everyone saying they were scammed just doesn't pay attention. When you check out, you're CLEARLY told that you're agreeing to a 2-week trial you can cancel at any time, then the following email you receive lets you know of thr membership that will begin once that 2 weeks is up. Just READ what you're buying, people. On another note, giving 3 stars because this company recently made an insanely large increase to all their prices. Razor blades were $1, now $3.50, shampoo was $4, now $6.95 ... if these are really wholesale prices, then how can you justify these markups?? These prices are no longer much lower than Target or Marshalls, and the $79 membership fee no longer seems worth it. Unfortunately I will likely have to cancel which is a shame because I really like how eco friendly they are.

Beware of a $80 subscription fee after 2 weeks, I had no idea I even signed up for the free trial an they almost charged my account but they were good with the customer service an canceled the membership an refunded my money thankfully
