Prompt and professional response. I received an auto reply to my e-mail indicating I would receive a return e-mail within 24-48 hours but in reality it was less than 12 hours. Once I stated my concern and submitted my request, my situation was resolved immediately and without added pressure.

Wishing to continue assisting my environment, I needed to know if the toothpaste containers that I had been collecting were actually recyclable. I don’t know why it took me this long, but I sent an email and was immediately responded and told what I needed to do. It was a wonderful assist and I’m grateful.
