There was a bit of a mishap in shipping that caused one of my products to leak in transit. The customer service team jumped in quickly (over a weekend) and made it right by arranging for a reshipment. Great products, great company, great customer service.

Very helpful. Didn’t need to renew my membership, so they refunded me in full within 12 hours of requesting. I requested the day or two after being charged + notified by email. Their policy is 14 day Grace period to cancel auto renewal.

I love the products, the customer service was awesome, I would be buying from public goods again and have recommend them to my friends.
