I ordered some bottles, which I love. I have absolutely no issues with the product. But somehow in the process signed up for a yearly membership with a fee. I believe this was user error on my part, I assume I misread something, but I think it should be more clear when you are agreeing to a yearly membership fee in the process of purchasing something.

Good but I didn’t mean to buy a product and because I opened it I couldn’t give it back I understand this but you should still be able to return it

This company crowdsourced its beginning by stating, "We will bring down costs by offering the products you need at lower prices by cutting out the middle man." That was a blatant lie. Nothing Public Goods sells is worth the exorbitant amounts they charge for them. You can buy any item they sell from a Target for less. They are pure marketing for profit. Selling "organic" and "sustainable" to suckers who believe that means the products are somehow worth 5 times as much. It's made from a grass. The fastest, cheapest growing material on the planet. If you pay for this garbage, then you deserve it.

Seems like a cool company with good products. The reason for my review is that they make you jump through a million hoops to cancel your free trial or membership. Had to email them back and forth and then fill out some ridiculous long form just to cancel and not be charged. If you are going to stick with them- great. If you are just trying out their products to see if you like it, its not worth the effort.
