Complete Membership Scam
Two weeks after I placed an order on their website, I was automatically charged with a $79 membership fee through Public Goods without my knowledge. I then create an account just to cancel the membership and to find out the ONLY WAY for you to contact them is by an email. I now have to wait God knows how long for them to cancel my UNKNOWN charged membership. PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF YOU EVER DECIDE TO BUY FROM PUBLIC GOODS BECAUSE YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED WITH THEIR MEMBERSHIP FEE AFTER YOUR 2 WEEKS TRIAL IS UP! IF NECESSARY, PLEASE CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP AFTER YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER RIGHT AWAY TO AVOID THE FEE. Completely bogus!
