charged for a membership I didn't want
Same as many here- I was charged for a membership I did not request. And they have no phone number- just a text option. Total scam.

We joined this service actually willingly the first year. The initial food was great, and the ingredients are good, but there were not many products that we ended up wanting in order to justify the 79 dollar charge. We tried to cancel twice, but there is just a form that seemingly goes nowhere because we never got a response. We were charged again this morning despite trying to cancel and not using it for months. We are contacting our bank to contest the charge and we will be blocking the service from charging again. We also will be sending a letter to the company by hard copy. This place has good products, but it is truly a scam in not being able to cancel and not having any customer service at all.

They send one email with one line buried at the bottom that you’re going to be charged $79. Complete scam. Just because a company calls itself good doesn’t mean it is.

Scam. Trick you into a $79 membership fee. Like everyone else here, I was just trying to buy some dish soap. First of all my card got charged twice. Also apparently somehow they trick you with a membership fee after you buy anything. I bought my dish soap and was totally unaware that I was signing up for a membership fee. Company is tricky deceitful

I saw an ad in yojtube concerning their ramen noodles and i thought ill give them a try. Went to their damn website and in spite of their website being a little convoluted, i managed to buy a couple of paks of their ramen noodles. Then they announce that after 14 days they were going to charge my card 79 dollars for their damn subscription or membership I NEVER GOt A CHANCE TO AGREE OR DISAGREE TO. They just audaciously tell me that they were just goint to charge me if i dont cancel. Cancel to what?? I responded to them that if they charge my card that i was going to sue them( and i may just do that) i called my cc company and let them know of the situation and if tbey charge my card they are going to be blocked. They then sent me an enail telling me that my sea weed chips are on the way! I bever ordered that snd they did this just to spite me. Needless to say i put the charge in dispute and will reject their damn delivery, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE UNETHICAL.

Funny (or not funny) thing is I order shampoos from their website (btw not good ones) MORE THAN 1 YEAR AGO!!!! So I thought with that must be some kind of mistake but than I came here and I found out that I have been of the many many customers who got scammed this way! This company had no intentions of refunding me after the package was returned to sender for a reason unknown to their own employee Dylan. I placed an order on Jul 20. I got a shipment notification before end of day. On 8/1, I got a delivery notification. I was home most of the day and did not receive any package. I checked my security cameras, no delivery was made to my address. I checked the tracking info and see on 7/21 the shipper stopped shipment! This was NOT an undeliverable logistics issue with UPS. "07/21/2022 Return to Sender Requested We've received a request from the sender to return the package." They shipped my order then the very next day they recalled the package! I checked my card statement, no refund. Had I not contacted them for a refund, they would've kept silent and basically STOLEN my money! No explanation on why they had my package returned to sender! BEWARE!

They do not accept returns and nowhere on their product pages does it say final sale. You have to go out of your way to read the fine print of their return policy. I have not heard of a company in this day and age not accepting returns if you are not happy with their products.
