Hi pakneuhart, Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing your thoughts with us! We really appreciate your feedback regarding higher doses and weight options for larger kitties. We love big cats, and we take your suggestion very seriously! I have already passed this note directly to our product development team to see how we can better cater to heavier pets in our future product updates. We hope to welcome you and your furry friends back soon! If you ever have any other suggestions, please feel free to email us anytime. Warm regards, Puainta Support Team

Dear Barbara Natcher, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the significant shipping delay and the inconvenience this caused regarding your second order. As a brand headquartered in the U.S. and serving pet families worldwide, we have established multiple logistics distribution centers globally to ensure reliable fulfillment during periods of high demand. Our system automatically matches and dispatches orders from the most optimal warehouse based on your shipping address and real-time inventory. In your case, due to a temporary stock shortage at our U.S. warehouse, your order was automatically fulfilled through a transfer from our international supply chain hub, which unfortunately resulted in an unexpected shipping delay. We completely understand your concerns and frustration, and this is certainly not the shopping experience we aim to provide. We take this matter very seriously. Our customer service team has already stepped in to review your order status and will contact you via email as soon as possible to properly handle your refund or replacement. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reply directly to our customer service email. Once again, we apologize for this unpleasant shipping experience and appreciate your patience and understanding. Best regards, Puainta Customer Support Team
