We can only rate our experience with purchasing and obtaining insurance coverage for our rental car. As far as finding and buying the insurance it was very easy and the rates were certainly far more reasonable than what is offered by the car rental company. Pteet immediately sent a confirmation email and pdf format for easy printing. We bought the insurance, printed the policy, and were on the road in less than 30 minutes. It felt professional, however we cannot attest to the actual service as we did not have the misfortune to suffer an accident of any kind during our trip.

Thanks very much Marjorie for the detailed review! We appreciated the feedback. Glad that you didn't need to make a claim, though rest assured if you ever do the process is very easy and quick (clicking the claims link on the site takes you to a fully online claims process) Safe travels! Much more affordable than rental car company’ Insurance. It should be more popular so many more can take advantage of it

Thanks very much Roberta for the kind review! We appreciate it! We agree re making it more popular. We are working on a referral campaign to help spread the word. And the more people who use it, potentially the lower the prices can be. Safe travels! Steve
