John was very helpful. He told me exactly which units he had in stock that were compatible to mine so I didn’t need to do my own research. He gave me new, like new, and refurbished options. Shipping was quick and he always replied to my emails promptly.

Product came when they said (was delayed one day because of weather). One unit was installed and person in room said he was sweating from all the heat.

When my unit first broke down, I thought oh no, now. What? So I called the number listed for contacts. And talked with a representative who made saying smooth sailing from information on my unit to delivery. The service was fast friendly and knowledgeable. And made life a whole lot easier. My product arrived within a couple days and I was back to heating. 2 of our rental properties with the 2 units we purchased will definitely be shopping here again if the need arises.
