First time ordering and I will be ordering again!! Site is to use, easy to search on the site, easy to check out. I didn’t see the confirmation or any other email as it went into spam so I reached out to customer service via email and got a response back in less than 30 min. With everything I needed. I received my order earlier than expected and it was exactly what I was expecting. Package was very secure and wrapped well! And! I got a cute little ducky with it! Above and beyond. AND it came with a helpful cheat-sheet with instructions and a QR code for a video and calculator. Nice touch. Top Notch! I feel like a valued customer. Product great, site easy with tons of options, free delivery, and fabulous service!!! Highly recommend!

So far so good! Am finding good results with my research! Customer service has been very prompt via email as well! Victoria is spot on!

Smooth ordering and fast delivery. Love using PS Peptides

Awesome customer service and quality products.

A friend first introduced me to these products—he actually bought some for me to try, and I loved them. So I decided to place my own order. The process was smooth, everything arrived on time, and it's been working exactly as expected. It's been a great experience overall.

I have ordered from several other peptide companies, and all of the others were great. This one was awful - for me anyway. My order didn’t ship for a week, although the website indicates they ship within 1-2 days. When I received my order, it was in a thin bubble mailer. Three Glass vials, of injectables, loose in a thin bubble mailer. So naturally one came busted. I contacted them and they did send another of the busted vial. By this time however, I was already leery. I finally was able to reconstitute another vial (Glutathione), and when I did, It was rancid. It looked like milk even after adding more than enough bac water to dissolve, and it smelled like pure sulfur. I decided not to contact the company because at this point I had already reached out enough about the other issues, and figured a refund was not likely… I also obviously didn’t want them to ship another vial I wouldn’t trust using. So I essentially lost the $200+ I spent, since after all of these things I choose not to proceed with use. BUYER BEWARE.

Order came in pretty quick quality is great!
