Great communication I got a live person on the phone on a monday morning before my product shipped to make a change. I only give 4 stars because I haven't run much reta yet and don't have any information about how it works. I can say that there is a ton a vacuum in the vial that even after adding to 2mls of bac it still pulls when I go in to get 2mg. On reconstitution be careful it sucked in the bac water before I knew what was happening and I might have splashed it a bit aggressively by accident.
