Covered both of my hospital bills (within the plan’s limitations) throughout the years with no problems. Understandably it diligently requires all the necessary documentation, but with it comes fair and good service. They also helped me fix a stupid mistake I made when I accidentally signed up on the wrong plan. The support center, both by email and phone, is really helpful and nice.
