I recently purchased insurance from PSI. However, my school did not accept it. When I reached out to PSI over the phone to explain my situation and request a refund, they were very supportive and understanding. Although the refund window had already passed, they considered my case and still issued a refund. They are very understanding, and you can simply reach out to them to get your issues sorted out in just one phone call.

I have been a customer with this insurance since 2021. As a international student is very difficult to know which insurance company is the best, most likely because you are in a new market but ever since I have been with them never had issues. They have great communication and the agents are very nice welling to help you in any questions you have. I totally agree this is a great option for insurance!
