There should be a zero star rating. I ordered my contacts. When checking the tracking on my product, it stated that my product was delivered Nov. 25. I never received the product and I have called them 4 times and no matter what time of the day I call them, within their business hours, no one answers the phone. I have left messages for them to return my call and as of yet, no one has. I also sent an email. Seems like this company may be a fraud. I've already contacted my bank and they are investigating and if I have to file a complaint and have this company investigated as a scam company, I will.

Ordered last week. They created a shipping label, but no progress since then. I have called probably 9 different times. No-one picks up the phone. I have emailed them inquiring about my contact lenses with no response. Im running out of contacts. I need to contact my credit card company to get the charges back now.

Do not buy from this company! They charge your credit card and never deliver the contacts. No one answers the phone when you call. Try calling yourself before ordering. Positive reviews must all be fake.

Like others who have left reviews, I too would leave a less than 1 star if I could. They also sent me the wrong prescription for one of my eyes. I took a picture of the package and sent it to them in a ticket. I then call them and tell them they need to send me the correct prescription. Of course they tell me to send them back the incorrect one, which is fine. But then they tell me it will be 6-8 business days for shipping on the replacement contacts. I told them that is unacceptable since it is THEIR mistake and not mine. I ask to speak with a manager, Oscar, he then tells me that there is nothing they can do because they use USPS. I tell him, guess what, USPS CAN SHIP QUICKER THAN 6-8 BUSINESS DAYS!! He said he was going to speak with the Shipping Manager and then get back to me. 2 days later I still haven't heard from Oscar. I ship the wrong contacts back, email them letting them know it's been shipped, they then reply saying there is nothing else they can do and it will be 6-8 business days for my replacement contacts. Meanwhile I get to sit here with no contacts because of their freaking mistake.

Wish I could give less than I star. The company had the absolute worst customer service practices that I have ever dealt with. First they said they couldn't process because billing and shipping addresses were different. However they charged my account after I asked to cancel the order. They email you to contact them by phone however NO ONE ever answers the phone get w voice mail to leave a message and they'll call you. They NEVER DO. VERY DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!

I received the wrong prescription. Left eye being different prescription/brand than right eye, I entered each separately on a different screen. I uploaded my doctor's prescription as requested. The lenses received were almost identical to each other (my prescription is not) and neither correctly matched my left or right eye prescription. They would not give me a refund or replacement because I opened the package, claimed that I entered the wrong prescription (I didn't), and that I didn't upload my prescription (I scanned and uploaded per instructions).
