I've been running the app on my Desktop since February 27th and i even installed the upgraded app and i haven't been earning anything and it's almost going on a month is there an issue with the app and if there is please fix it

Hi, Thanks for your feedback, and we completely understand your concern. We had temporarily paused sending traffic to peer users, which is why you haven’t seen any earnings. This was also reflected in the banner on the dashboard. We expect traffic flow—and earnings/statistics—to resume by Friday. We’re happy to let you know that the issue has now been resolved and traffic flow to peer users has resumed. You should start seeing activity and earnings reflected on your dashboard shortly. If you don’t notice any changes, feel free to reach out and we’ll be glad to assist further. Thanks again for your patience!

The peer program pays well when it works, but goes offline for weeks or months at a time without paying users
Response from ProxyrackMar 12, 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback. At the moment, traffic to the Peer Program is temporarily disabled while our engineering team works on restoring the service. We understand this affects earnings, and we appreciate your patience while the work is ongoing. Once the service is restored or more information becomes available, we will inform all users.
