Great proxy quality and professional team
I’ve been using ProxyRack for a while now and the experience has been very positive. The proxies are stable, fast, and work reliably even for large automation tasks. Their residential IP pool is massive, which helps a lot with maintaining quality connections. What impressed me the most is the customer support team. They reply quickly, provide clear solutions, and are always professional when helping with setup or scaling questions. Great service for automation, scraping, testing, and other proxy-related projects. Highly recommended!

Top-Notch Service with Global Proxy Access
I use Proxyrack mostly for testing my frontend and backend projects with users from around the globe, and it solves problems related to IP region and captcha. I appreciate that it offers global wide locations that can be used as proxies which are not spammed and unique, not like simple VPNs. Proxyrack provides the best speed, price, and unique location connections. The customer service is top-notch, always polite, professional, and quick, always on point in solving issues and helping out. I've been a customer for four years now and have never been disappointed, always satisfied. I also like the speed, different protocols, the price per GB, and the quality of the proxies. The initial setup is very easy, just copy and paste.

We understand your frustration and apologize for the inconvenience caused by today’s service interruption. The issue has already been fully resolved by our engineering team, and services are operating normally again. While outages are not common, unexpected incidents can occasionally occur, and we continuously work to improve the stability and reliability of the service. We appreciate your feedback.
