Hello, We are sorry to hear about your experience. However, we would like to clarify the situation. From the beginning of the conversation, you repeatedly sent multiple messages before receiving a response and used offensive language. You also stated that the service was a “scam” during the support interaction. Our team provided setup instructions and explained the service and refund process clearly. The subscription was then canceled, and a refund was processed to avoid further escalation and ensure a fair resolution. The refund process has already been completed, and no payment has been retained. If you still need help with the refund timeline from the payment provider, please refer to the instructions previously shared or contact the support team.

I purchased a 1-week paid trial from Proxyrack to test their residential proxy service. After activating my IP address from the dashboard, the proxy did not work at all. I spent more than 3 hours trying to configure it correctly. I followed their exact instructions: Used the correct host and port Entered the correct username and password Tested using browser proxy settings Received the error: ERR_UNEXPECTED_PROXY_AUTH I provided screenshots showing: My IP activation status My proxy configuration The exact error message Despite this, support kept asking for the same information and said they could not proceed without “full information,” even though I had already sent everything required. After my last message explaining the issue clearly, they viewed the message but stopped responding. As a paying customer, I expected proper technical assistance or at least verification from their side. Unfortunately, I did not receive a working service nor an effective solution. Very disappointing experience.

They automatically suspended my account due to the fact that I used SimpleLogin for signing up, WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING WRONG. One less legitimate customer, seems like this company doesn't like privacy conscious users.
Response from ProxyrackFeb 13, 2026
Accounts registered with disposable or temporary email services are automatically restricted as part of our security and abuse-prevention policies. This action is not related to privacy concerns, but to protect the stability and integrity of the network for all users. If you’d like to use the service, you’re welcome to sign up again using a standard email provider, and our team will be happy to assist you.

Worst proxy ever, support don't reply your queries, the proxy is difficult to configure the website looks horrible I can't find configurations just like other proxy providers, You simply cannot set city, zip code and ASN of your choice Worst decision of my life I wonder even am I going to get refunded.
Response from ProxyrackFeb 2, 2026
We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we’d like to clarify a few points. Your request was handled promptly. As confirmed in our support conversation, your subscription was canceled, and a full refund has already been processed. The funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Regarding configuration: we do support country, city, and ISP targeting. However, ZIP code, state, and ASN targeting are not supported. We wish you the best and appreciate your feedback.
