Excellent customer service and communication. Even though watch was not in stock I had it in two days and was kept informed the entire time. Can't ask for better.

Besides having a wonderful selection of fine jewelry, Provident Jupiter's customer service is second to none. This is a "store" that must be visited-- Provident expanded (I believe about 13 years ago) and the extension features a bar and lounge, as well as museum-quality gems, jewelry, artwork and unique watches. I had called in advance to ask about having my Cartier gold and steel band shortened -- Kyle was methodical about sizing it and did not charge me for a rather intricate job, as I saw it. I highly recommend Provident for anyone who loves fine jewelry and also wants an immersive experience! Jane Harris North Palm Beach
