I purchased 3 double take quince 4.5”shrubs on October 2. Paid $20 for shipping fedex. Didn’t realize that they ship fedex ground for that price. You would think it would be shipped by air for $20. They were delivered October 12. They were severely heat damaged as more than 3/4 of the leaves fell off and the other half were crispy and black on two plants. One plant had 1/3 leaves still on. Also branches were broken on two of the plants. They looked very bad. I wouldn’t buy from this company again. It’s too risky. They got two stars because they at least refunded me for 2 out of 3 plants. Also gave a 10% new customer discount. It seems strange though that they were all the same variety yet were heat damaged differently. So I ended up spending about $38 for a 4.5” stressed plant.

While shipping was quick the shrubs were very small. I was able to buy the same products and 2-3x the size at a local nursery for the same price.

I ordered two plants and they arrived quickly and packed well. Both are doing great and I will order from them again.

I ordered 10 plants. Three of the plants arrived destroyed. I received three boxes. Two boxes had four plants each in them and the third box was the same exact size, but only had two plants inside. Both of those two plants were destroyed. The second box looks like it had been mishandled and one of the plants inside was completely turned on its side and that's the third one that is damaged. Shown 3rd from the right. The last box was in perfect condition and the plants were also in perfect condition. As you can see from the photo, the four plants on the left were the plants that came in the box that was intact. The second four plants in the second box which looked like it had been thrown around and mishandled. The last two plants came in the third box which looked like they have been floating around in that box. It appears to me the packaging really wasn't appropriate for FedEX shipping because the plants were too loose inside and just floating around. I'd admit there was mishandling by FedEx but this is always to be expected and shippers need to package products appropriately. The worst part is I contact them both by phone and e-mail providing photos on June 28th requesting a refund for damaged plants and a week later and they haven't responded. This is pretty disappointing.

My friend Miriam ordered a plant for me as an early birthday present. It arrived half dead, and completely died a few days later. Nothing I could do could revive it. When I emailed ProvenWinnersDirect.com about what happened, I just got an automatic email and it took a long time for them to follow up. When they reached out to me by phone, I was in an appointment and couldn't take the call, so they reached out to me by email also. They asked if I wanted a refund or a credit and I told them to refund the friend who bought it, and they refunded her promptly within a few minutes of the email that I replied back to them in with the order number and her first and last name. This took a very bad experience and transformed it into a very good one. Thank you!

Ordered two plants for shipping ($20 shipping). They did not ship one plant and never notified me. Upon opening a dispute, they said the crop was not as expected and could not send the plant. However, their system, allowed the order to be placed. They would only credit the price of the plant and not refund half of the shipping. I would never have placed the order for one plant and $20 shipping alone. Cannot trust order placement or ethical refunds.

So happy with my delivery of plants. I ordered five different varieties of perennials and annuals which were all healthy. The packaging PW uses is very good and protects the plants in shipping. I am so impressed with how they are packed. I will definitely order from them again.

I orders 7 plants. Two were near death on arrival, four were acceptable but very small plants in an oversized pot, and one arrived thriving and at the size expected. After sending pictures of the two dying plants and requesting a partial refund, it was promptly issued for those two items.
