Our company was in a pinch on a renewal license for our IT security platform. That itself is a long story that even a world-wide B2B company could not solve for me (name withheld). Provantage came up from a Google search for resellers for this very particular Trend Micro product. I placed the order and had our licenses within 2 days (not business days, literally 2 days). This is SUPER fast considering the product is delivered from the manufacturer (in this case, Trend Micro) and not the seller. Very highly recommended. We will be using them again for our license renewals going forward.

I purchased a Logitech MK370 keyboard, paying via PayPal. Within 3 minutes I received "Shipment Notification" with a link to "Real-time Order Status". At the same minute I also received a receipt for my purchase in PDF format. 7 hours later, I received another email with (UPS) Tracking Information. 5 days later, exactly as promised at the time of order and in the tracking status, the item was delivered at my address. The item arrived brand new in a sealed package and worked flawlessly out of the box. In fact, I am typing this review using my new purchase.

PROVANTAGE makes it extremely difficult to buy anything online. In fact, I can't remember a time when an online merchant absolutely insisted on speaking to me personally BEFORE they would allow an order to be processed. CDW, Zones, Insight, Newegg, TigerDirect — I've bought from ALL of them, as a Buyer at my company through the years — and I NEVER had ONE of those companies refuse to take our money. (And no, it had nothing to do with credit card verification, or anything of the sort... I asked.) PROVANTAGE, I thought I'd seen it all, but you proved there's always companies out there who seem to try their hardest to shoo off potential customers. Congrats, PROVANTAGE, you shoo'd off another! 🤨

Should be an option for Negative Rating. I had a highly frustrating experience with Provantage. After placing an order, I received an automated email stating their credit department denied credit card terms and that I must pay via bank wire. Assuming it was a billing address mismatch, I corrected the details and re-ordered. It was blocked again with the exact same generic template demanding a bank wire. My bank confirmed my card is perfectly fine and that Provantage is the one refusing the transaction. When pushed for a reason, their support team refused to give one, stating only that they would 'only accept bank wire' and would cancel the order in 3 days if I didn't comply. Forcing customers away from credit cards onto irreversible bank wires strips away all buyer protections and chargeback rights. This is unacceptable behavior for a major supplier. Avoid them and buy from a company that values transparency and consumer safety.

Unknown whether it's scammers using the name of a legit company, but someone called me and said they were from "ProVantage" and were an advisory service that was going to save me 40% on my taxes. Likely story!!

Offers PayPal/Credit cards as payment options, but conveniently, PayPal never works, and their incompetent "credit card department" can't figure out how to charge a payment even with all the correct information provided. Not only that, they email copy and paste responses even if you're trying to explain what's going on. They only seem to be interested in funneling you down to doing unsafe bank wires. I recommend everyone to stay away from this company.

Unprofessional. Takes your CC info then wants bank account info to process order. Not a normal experience for online shopping. Buyers beware!

I have an older VW Tiguan, anything goes wrong~ I bring it here-period. Honest, reliable and all around professionals who shoot you straight. Matthew C
