AVOID THIS COMPANY
Not even worth one star but had no choice , we ordered an extra large bed which came vacuum packed so had to open it completely before we saw the bed, which was flat and had no lift so my dog was unable to get inside with out our help , no zips to remove the cushion so would be hard to wash it ,the cushion was all bumpy and uncomfortable . when we emailed them with our concerns they came back and said XL beds lay flat , we cannot return as it was on a Black Friday deal ,that’s convenient they have deals all the time so basically you cannot return ,even though our bed is faulty as sold as a igloo style bed but comes all flat. Also says on the website that all returns to be returned in original packaging which is impossible as it’s all vacuum packed. Sent 2nd email with these concerns as our bed is faulty and they ignored us . There is nothing on website that says the XL bed is flat it’s advertised as an igloo style . Terrible company isn’t even based in England , complete liars AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS we are gutted I was looking forward for this bed now it sits in the spare room in the corner unable to use .. disgusting customer service, they get your money then they will change there name .. shame on you , let’s hope something can be done about these back street sellers ….
