Good grief! They brag that they " never answer" the phone number given and only responde to messages by email ... but the only email I get from them is zero... my purchase was over 10 days ago and just called discover again about non receipt of bought merch... so you can chance we it if you want to but I will never buy from them again. I think they maybe band wagon Trump supporters... You know coat tail riders... my opinion based on my experience.

I ordered the Trump Vance $2 bills on November 8th. They said they were delivered on December 2nd. They were never delivered. On January 3rd they said it was returned to sender and had me confirm my address. I did and they said they resent my order. On January 17th they once again said they were delivered. Is in the first time they were not delivered. I told them again I did not receive the order. On Jan 21st they emailed saying they would send it to the proper division to look into it. I have received nothing since them. Customer service seems to be nothing but bots. Will not answer the phone.

8 days after placing an order they still will not provide acknowledgment of the order, NOR a tracking number, NOR a response to my emails asking about it. Just a generic response that says “we’ll contact you within 48hrs”…..yet that was 4 days ago. Funny they turned off the review section of their website, canceled their FB account and you can’t find them on Google. I bet the BBB can find them tomorrow when I file a fraud complaint. What a horrible excuse for a “USA patriot” company.

Sir, please check your spam folder because we have emailed you an order confirmation and we send tracking information. We have NOT turned off any review section, we have NOT cancelled our FB account, and we are right there on Google. Nothing about this review is true and we hope once you check your emails and find ours, you might delete this negative review.

Be willing to exchange clothes for size. They told that I ordered the wrong size. I didn’t. I KNOW my size. They sent a hoodie marked XL that looks like a medium. They refuse to help so I’m stuck

The worst! Don't waste your money or your time... I wish I would have read others' reviews before ordering from this scam company. They should not be allowed to use the name "PROUD PATRIOTS" they are anything but Proud! My credit card was charged immediately upon placing my order. That was 14 days ago and I still have not received my order - probably never will. I emailed several times only to receive an auto-reply they will get back in 48 hours. Have emailed 4 times at no avail and no answers.

Hey Renee! I'm sorry if you missed our disclaimer we had on our site when you ordered. It stated any orders after Dec. 9th would not ship out until January. We do have email correspondences between you and our agents, you stated you were contacting your credit card company so we cancelled and refunded your order.

Their shipping time of two weeks not including weekends is absolutely ridiculous this day and age. I like the product but when you can order the same thing on Amazon and have it in 3 or 4 days is a sad. 🇺🇲

We hope you can understand these glasses are handmade by our friends over at Benshot so there is a production time that we are transparent with on our site. You also ordered during the busiest time of the year and they were still able to ship your order in 1 week, it looks like it took longer for USPS to deliver it because they had some delays on their end.

I wish I would have read others' reviews before ordering from this scam company. They should not be allowed to use the name "PROUD PATRIOTS" they are anything but... My credit card was charged immediately upon placing my order. That was 4 weeks ago and I still have not received my order - probably never will. I emailed several times only to receive an auto-reply and phoned, leaving a message to contact me which never happened. After 3 weeks I received an email stating a "shipping label has been printed" but according to UPS tracking, nothing has been shipped. Just another stall tactic!

The worst possible customer service experience you can imagine. We ordered four Donald Trump tumblers with the bullet in each of them and a bumble head. We ordered these gifts and had them shipped directly to one of the companies we do business with. But our purchases never made it. Instead they sent mysterious things that we never ordered like socks. The shipment never arrived the purchase about $135 in total we’ve tried to call but they don’t take messages there’s not an ability to leave a message and when you send a complaint via email, it is responded to by an automated system. Will probably never see the $135 again or the product. I think this company is based out of China. I’m glad we only made the one purchase through them. We normally purchase gifts in December for corporate clients. We’ll just continue to order from Harriet and David and never referred these people again. I’m actually friends with President Trump and I’m going to contact him about what we’ve experienced here. Ask if he’d consider asking merchandise with his likeness be pulled from their shelves. 01/09/2024 I see the response but it took over a week and me calling for hours and finally tracked down the supplier. Made a call to the supplier and they told me how to resolve all of this. Thanks to BenShot and their customer service this issue is being handled.

We did go through all correspondences between you and our agent and want to clarify, in your emails you stated you did receive the bobblehead from us and there was no mention of mysterious socks, we do not sell socks so we believe you may have confused that with a different company. We also see you have everything resolved and the rest of your order is being rushed for you. Our agent made sure to get Benshot all of the information for your order because they couldn't locate it. I'm sorry that you missed the disclosure that the Christmas cutoff date was Dec. 9th which is why your order was not shipped yet. We are by no means a company based in China, we are a small American company located in Orlando, FL. We understand this was your first time ordering with us so you are valid for worrying but we hope this can be chalked up to a misunderstanding and we'd love the opportunity for a second chance to prove you can trust us.
