Thank you for the feedback, Jamily. We certainly appreciate your time and effort! We understand that shipping can be an unfortunate added expense. We don’t like it, either. Unfortunately, those costs are dictated by the shipping services, not by us. As we grow, we will be able to add additional, more economical options for our customers. We will keep working on that and always give you the best we can. In the meantime, it does help to purchase multiple items at once, or team up with others in your circles and ship grouped orders so the expense is shared! We hope that helps... and we’ll do all we can to get that 5th star in the end. Thank you, so much for your review!

Thank you, Shelia Mom! We appreciate your review and rating SO much! We LOVE hearing our customers' experiences with our products and real-life feedback. It's a big part of our motivation to know others are enjoying all the benefits of nature's power—achieved without harming Her! We hope you enjoy ALL the benefits (like no more stinky sponges!), and continue to experience how powerful probiotic cleaning can be. Thanks again, and let us know if we can be of assistance... we'll be here!

:Reinardo-Lucius: Funez. Thank you for taking the time to review our product(s). We can't begin to tell you how much we love simplicity, and things working as they are supposed to. ; ) We need more of THAT. Welcome to the Prōtëkt® family—we appreciate you more than you know!

Thank you for your feedback, Juanita. Yes, we strive to reach every inquiry within 48 hours, and we're glad we didn't leave you waiting beyond that. Although we always hope to provide our customers with a 5-star experience, things sometimes happen. We hope the free product and our sincere apology for the shipping mix up helps us redeem ourselves for the shipping mix up and we can earn those other two stars and your confidence back! Either way, you can rest assured that we will make every effort to ensure your next experience is 5-star all the way! We appreciate your feedback, and we hope you enjoy your microscopically clean experience.

Thank you for your review, Susan! We have good news for you! Our Home Spray and other aerosols use nitrogen as a propellant and are 100% safe for you and the environment. We hope you find this information helpful: All our sprays contain no harmful Chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs). Nitrogen is environmentally safe and harmonious (78% of the air is Nitrogen). It is not flammable and does not deplete the ozone in any way. Nitrogen is 100% inert. It is harmless and has no effect on any aerosol composition. It also allows for the spray to be nearly silent so it does not disrupt or frighten children, elderly, pets or livestock. So rest assured we are giving you only our best, and the environment is safe! Thank you for the review, and we hope this helps you to feel more confident in our products to make us worthy of that fifth star! Thanks, again!
