Jamily G.
Service was fine, just expensive to ship a single product.
Response from Prōtëkt WorldwideDec 7, 2021
Thank you for the feedback, Jamily. We certainly appreciate your time and effort! We understand that shipping can be an unfortunate added expense. We don’t like it, either. Unfortunately, those costs are dictated by the shipping services, not by us. As we grow, we will be able to add additional, more economical options for our customers. We will keep working on that and always give you the best we can. In the meantime, it does help to purchase multiple items at once, or team up with others in your circles and ship grouped orders so the expense is shared! We hope that helps... and we’ll do all we can to get that 5th star in the end. Thank you, so much for your review!

I'm very happy with the product. Quite unusual for a moisr turizer. It does not sit on the surface of the skin and absorbs quickly. Price is good. Postage, almost half price of product. not pleased to pay $9.50 for shipping and postage.

Thank you for the feedback and review, Constance! Isn't it the BEST!? We love it when it isn't just us saying so. ; ) As for the shipping costs, unfortunately, we have no power over the delivery service prices. We're always looking for ways to reduce those costs, and when we do, you will see it come back to you, our customer. We do, occasionally, offer promotions where you can receive free shipping. So, be sure to create an account to receive subscriber-only promotions by email. Thanks again for taking the time to offer your feedback!
