Sorry for the bad reaction. There is gluten in the powder. You can return it for a refund. As far as the serving size goes. It's food, not a drug. Therefore we don't put a serving size because everyone has different goals. Maybe one is in need for bulking so the serving size is 3 scoops. Maybe another is lean mass so they need less carbs.

Hello, thanks for the order. Because you selected free shipping, it takes 1 to 14 days for orders to ship. On the order form, you also have the options of selecting economy 1 to 10 days, standard 1-7 days, and speedy 1 to 4 days. Those are all charge for shipping. Hello. Unfortunately YOU typed in your address wrong. That was the delay in the shipment. And not only that but the product is en route to you. (see tracking) . So as of right now you did NOT pay for product that you are receiving. Please return the product.
