Hello, sorry about your shipment but we cannot control the customs process in your country of the Czech Republic. The tracking clearly shows we shipped your order, but unfortunately it was returned to us. We cannot refund you until, we receive it back. And as the tracking clearly shows we have not received it yet. But the good news is that we should have it this week.

(see email below) We did make a mistake and could not ship your order. We can refund you or you can wait till next week when it comes in. Again my apolgies for running out of stock.
