The first guard I received was good after several tries. I wanted a backup so I asked them to make the exact same guard and they produced crap. It was thick and irregular and completely ignored the instructions I gave them. Returned it twice and then got frustrated and asked for a refund. They did give the refund. the inconsistency though was really disappointing and the complete ignoring of the instructions (the 2nd guard) was very strange

While the idea of their business is a smart one in a world full of people with anxiety and teeth grinding and clenching, I think ultimately this guard is unsafe and could potentially do more damage. My night guard Ive had for the last 10+ from the dentist is well worn in so I thought this new type of business would be easier and cheaper than getting from my dentist but after a month of wearing it- I've found that my jaw hurts more and specific teeth are sore after a night of wearing it. They'll never make a product thats as tailored to you as a dentist office will. So while I'm glad I gave it a try, I will no longer use it for fear of further damage.
