Excellent. I would recommend Prospect Mortgage to anyone

When my husband and I decided to start the house hunting process, we didn’t know what we were going into. We barely had the recommended 20% down payment but we had excellent credit. My realtor had recommended Clarissa Chueire insisting she is the best at what she does. I was a little reluctant at first but after speaking on the phone with Clarissa she answered all my questions/concerns thoroughly. After providing all the required documents, we were quickly preapproved and on to the fun part. The fun part only lasted until the first home offer was lost to someone with a higher down payment. It is a very competitive market right now and houses were quickly getting snatched up. I honestly don’t know where to begin on how amazing the staff at Prospect Mortgage is. I personally work for a bank that caters to artists/athletes/actors in the entertainment industry. We deal with celebrities all the time and we proud ourselves on the level of service we provide. The level of service that your institution provided was outstanding to someone who has heard nothing but horror stories going through the mortgage process. We are a simple and modest Hispanic couple that just wanted to provide the American dream for our children. After losing several bids, we genuinely believed Clarissa was rooting for us to achieve our goal. It never felt like she was trying to just get a sale and close the deal. Clarissa never allowed for us to lose hope. Not only was she sympathetic to our lost, but was always with a positive mindset that although that house wasn’t for us, our time will come. What I loved the most about Clarissa is that she knew her stuff and knew it well. If she predicted any hiccups, she already had a work around in place. Anytime we needed a new preapproval letter, she will quickly respond well aware time was of the essence. Clarissa is so dedicated that I would receive responses even while she was on vacation. If for any reason she was not able to respond at that time, her assistant David Yazzetti, who is just as efficient always stepped in. David was always super helpful and pleasant to talk to in her absence. When we finally had the wonderful news of an accepted offer and Clarissa did all she can do for us, we were then reassigned to Caterina Rebollo for the final closing steps. You can’t imagine our surprise when Caterina was just as equally astounding as Clarissa. Caterina was as equally invested in assiting obtaining our house. I know that the credit officers in our bank stay late but I’m sure they don’t work on weekends or stay past 8pm like Caterina did responding to our emails. Her overall attitude and something as simple as a happy face icon in her emails made me happy. I remember the last few days of trying to close by the end of the month and Caterina must have been like a chicken with no head running around, lol. Everything was running smoothly until there was a hiccup with the PMI and I had started to lose hope it wasn’t going to happen in time. I remember Caterina telling me “Don’t lose it, just another baby challenge. I’m not afraid!” They hadn’t let me down yet and I all I knew is that these ladies knew their stuff and I believed in them. Sure enough at 5:15pm that same day, Caterina gave us the best news ever that we were cleared to close. At the closing table, everyone kept mentioning how they couldn’t believe how fast we closed. I don’t know if these ladies realize the impact they cause on everyday people’s lives. They can bring such joy to someone’s life just by doing their job and doing it well. As I mentioned before, I heard nothing but horror stories on the mortgage process but I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences of our lives. Another reason Clarissa is genuinely incredible is because when we were able to clear some more debt she was able to change our program to get us a better rate with less hassle. We honestly wouldn’t have known any better if she didn’t offer it. We cannot promote you guys enough to all our friends and family. Your institution should be proud of the dedicated, gracious, and exceptional employees you have. If I didn’t get bored to death with credit, I may be tempted in even applying for a job there . Hearing my 3 year old repeatedly tell me “Mommy, I love the house” makes it all worthwhile and we will be forever grateful.

Disclaimer: These are not empty platitudes to build an individual up and their reputation. I am a consumer that rewards the doer, the high performers that exceed a client’s expectations. Period!! There are so many things that I could say about John Lippello and his proficiency as a loan officer for Prospect Mortgage. Words that come to mind immediately are; integrity; true/innate understanding of what it takes to obtain a mortgage loan; a savvy expert to focus on you and your goals; integrity (again); personalized attention with a honest assessment of what you need to know and do. In my particular case and experience with John was obtaining a home equity loan to get myself out of a very difficult financial situation that had occurred during 2014 while buying one property and selling another. I ended up by the end of 2014 with a very low credit score and was on the verge of bankruptcy. Upon initially meeting with John, April 2015, he reviewed my situation with me one-on-one. At that point I was floundering with no direction or knowledge of how to go about dealing with my credit and financial. I was truly lost. As he went through the information you could see he was bringing his skills and knowledge to my particular case. His knowledge as a loan officer and the real estate market and his analytical skills cut strait to the issue(s) for my case. He printed a copy of my credit record, at his cost, and went through it for over an hour with me. He gave me the strait up truth on what I had to do and did not charge me for it. WHO does this today????? BTW I went to a “credit repair” company August of 2014. All that happen from that was I lost $600. So meeting John was truly a blessing. I mean that sincerely. Subsequently he made the recommendations with reasons on how to change the direction I was going in, and to a direction for a successfully obtain a home equity loan. Words cannot begin to express the relief that I felt after walking out of that meeting with him. He had instilled in me a confidence that out of my financially distress!! I had the confidence that he knew what needed to be done and how to go about it. Once again words cannot describe how relived I was to be his client. However, there is another aspect to his personality that I must discuss. That is his truly altruistic and empathetic nature to really sympathize with others, a truly rare quality in this business. John Lippello’s commission for what he did for me did not even come close for the time and “hand holding” that he gave to me. He stood by myside from April 2015 to October 2016, while making very little commission. As my father would say, “Now that’s a good guy”. In summary, as you read this review, please give careful considerations to what I have written. I assure you as you search for a loan officer, give John the consideration for the reasons discussed as I assure you that you will be very very pleased.

I have never seen a loan Officer like Vince Petrolle. I have no word to describe how awesome he is. I have never thought in becoming homeowner in this country. VINCE PETROLLE you make me see life another way ... thank you so much for helping me.... you are simply awesome, extraordinary, and genial.

I can't say enough positive things about my Prospect Mortgage team! Elizabeth Smith & Christa Kirkpatrick agreed to take over my file and only received all the paperwork on 9/30/16. They managed to get everything together, finalized, and closed by October 19th!!! This company is as amazing as the folks they employ!!! I am more than satisfied with the service I received from this outstanding company!!! Thank you!

best experience we have ever had with a refinance loan. Our loan officer took care of every single issue that came up. She would notify me if she needed any more information, but brought it down to terms that I could understand. Anyone needing a loan but don't want the hassles that can cause you problems because someone in the loan office did not do their job, then Prospect Mortgage is the company that you should look at. As frustrating and nerve racking as the home buying process can be, Chris McGee and his team at Prospect Mortgage were an absolute delight to work with. We couldn't have asked for a more professional knowledgeable and accessible staff to work with. As great as they were at they're job we felt where they really shined was through the personal relationship we built with them over the past year. I wouldn't ever buy another house without using them and would encourage anyone in the market to do the same.
