Brian Reeg at Prospect Mortgage knocked it out of the park! Brian was puncual and efficient start to finish and led his team with professionalism. My wife and I were thoroughly pleased with the service we got from Brian and his team and would highly reccomend Brian Reeg to anyone looking for a Loan officer.

Just to say, this is the first home I've ever purchased. I found Nick Long because I was originally looking at a 203k rehab. I am self employed which proves a little more challenging on income verification. I subsequently just closed on a move in ready Fannie Mae home and I couldn't be more pleased. Everything from inspection to home owners insurance, Nick guided me the whole way through. Prospect Mortgage was always one step ahead of the sellers, and funded my mortgage very quickly. Now I am a very happy home owner and would highly recommend Nick Long and Prospect Mortgage.

Sandy Edelstein at Prospect Mortgage is a true professional. We had what must have been one of his more complicated applications (Super jumbo loan, international buyer) and Sandy made it as simple and straightforward as possible. He was always available for consultation, and kept us in the loop continually from beginning to end. Sandy was always patient every step of the way, and very knowledgeable about the process and our loan options. Not only was Sandy pleasant to deal with, but he got our loan closed early! I would recommend Sandy anytime.

It is always a pleasure to work with Heather Roberts out of the Niantic CT office. She is always on top of her game and willing to go the extra mile to push the sale to closing accurately and on time. I have never had a complaint and I’m guessing by the way they conduct business, I never will. The entire prospect Mortgage team in my opinion is one of the best around and I know you will be completely satisfied doing business with them.

The loan officer was great! She kept me informed of how things were progressing. The ability to scann and email documents was a great feature. I would definitely recommend Prospect Mortgage.
