Brandon Dominguez, Sr. Loan Officer
We ran into a closing snag due to Prospect's computer issues, so we were unable to close on time (end of April). Because of his experience, Brandon Dominguez resolved the issue timely and professionally. He came up with a wonderful solution. Not only did he make our closing happen, we are not due for a mtg. payment until July 1st! By not closing on time, it actually worked out in our favor! We were able to skip 2 mtg. payments instead of one payment, and brought less cash to the table! This is the 3rd loan that we have had processed with Prospect and Brandon. Brandon always provides us with stellar customer service! Thank you.

Working hard to make it work
The underwriter had many follow-up questions regarding the loan application. The loan officer worked hard to satisfy the underwriter to get the lone finally approved.

Ronnie is fantastic at her mortgage abilities.
Ronnie has been on the island for over 20 years and in the business for over 20 years as well. She is very knowledgeable about how to get a mortgage closed and is fantastic at helping the client find the best option in mortgage for them. I have done several transactions with her and they have all been great experiences.

Awesome Experience!!
I have worked with Julie and Dana on my initial purchase loan and made a mistake of going to Lending Tree (or one of those website things ) for my refinance. Fortunately - it fell through, so when Julie told me she can help me - I went for it. BEST DECISION EVER! I was not only able to refinance at a great rate, I had major loans paid off and have now a manageable budget!!! I really love these ladies - and won't ever go elsewhere for my home loan needs !!!

Couldn't have asked for more.
Tefney Hannan is by far the best Loan Officer ever. We were under the gun to get our mortgage funded or we would loose our Earnest Money. She was brought in at the last minute and got the job done with a couple of days to spare. I don't think anyone could have done it any better. She is very efficient and also very nice. A pleasure to work with.
