Homebridge (formerly Prospect)Reviews of prospectmortgagedirect.com

My loan officer, Avi was such a pleasure to work with! She constantly kept me up to date with all details, and let me know what I should expect on a day to day basis. I will highly recommend Prospect to everyone I know! She was simply amazing. I honestly feel like I made a friend along the way through this sometimes stressful time. I appreciate everything Prospect Mortgage did for me and my family (especially save me money each month) !

Mr Poteshman and his staff at Prospect Mortgage were very informative and Professional! Although this wasn't my first deal with Larry and his staff and surely won't be my last I was treated with the same care as if I was a first timer! Thanks!!

We had a great Loan Officer, Rodney, who walked us through the whole mortgage process from start to finish. He made sure we had all our documentation in order and that everything was taken care of for closing. He was also very good at answering our questions and explaining the lingo of the trade and what each item on the closing cost estimate represented. At closing his estimate was higher than the actual expense we incurred which was a pleasant surprise! Would use him again for sure!

From the moment Michele was given the green light to work on our loan she went full throttle none stop until it closed. she provided with honest and concise answers, and worked with us to get the loan that was best for us. This was the 1st time i i bought a home personally and she made it a breeze.

Prospect made my home buying process and experience very smooth and efficient!

Excellent through out. Quick and courteous. Thank you.

My wife and I are very pleased with our loan officer Tracey Garamone. She is very knowledgeable, fast, professional and always returned calls and emails. We have recommended her to our friends and family. Our 30 day escrow closed in only 20 days. Tracey is awesome!

Prospect Mortgage is a trustworthy Company that says what they mean and does what they mean. I am proud to say that they have a deligent and efficient crew and I will remain grateful for the service provided. More grease to your elbow as we say in Nigeria! Kudos guys and gals!
