My husband and I have now done 4 loans with Prospect Mortgage. I have had major issues in the past with Chase trying to get a loan. If you are smart, stick with the people whose business is to make loans not find a reason to turn you down and create mounds of unnecessary paperwork. I recommend this company and our broker, Blaine, to everyone I know who needs a loan.

I cannot say enough good things about Christina Ewing. She is so conscientious and knowledgeable. I know my buyer felt comfortable from the beginning thru closing just a few days ago. Kudos to Christina and her team!!!

Roger Dobson is truly amazing and a superstar. He loves his job and shows in the way that he cares about our needs and wants! He made the process of closing on my home and refinancing my home a breeze and didn't miss a beat, I greatly appreciate what he has accomplished for me. Thanks again and I look forward to working with Roger in the future.

Rehab loans are difficult to begin with. However, Richard Day made it all as smooth as possible and I would recommend him to anyone. In fact, I already have!!

I refinanced my FHA loan into a conventional loan. Got a lower interest rate to boot. My APR shows that Prospect made very little off of my loan. Geo, my loan officer, was professional and communicative throughout the process. I couldn't be happier.

My experience with Prospect Mortgage was exceptional and seamless. Megan Sawamura, (Loan Officer) was attentive to my needs. Not once was I coerced into accepting terms which was over my budget. Megan was also available to answer all questions and find solutions to my concerns. I would recommend Prospect Mortgage to any of my friends or family without hesitation.

Our loan officer, Avi D. was very helpful in getting us all set up to refi our mortage. She worked well with us and explained everything that we needed to know. She was either calling us or e-mailing us to make sure we understood everything.
