Ronnie Strickler helped guide us to gather all the appropriate information to help make our loan approval not only possible but as smooth as could be. There were never any last minute surprises. She was always courteous and helpful every step of the way and driven to success for everyone involved. She seemed to be surrounded by a great team as well.

Azar Noroozy is very helpful loan officer and help you every step of the way. She doesn't leave you in the dark. She explain each step and why need to be done. She explained everything that I need in decision making to finally get my loan.

This company is so personal and no stress getting a home loan. They answered questions any time of day and always had my best interests at heart. If it wasn't for their help I wouldn't have been able to buy a house. This is the only company I would ever use again!!!

Morgan and Tim got me through the escrow process - unscathed! They held my hand (figuratively) through the entire 30 days and made sure I understood everything I was signing, providing and/or paying along the way. As a first time home buyer, I was completely overwhelmed; however; they educated me so much that I felt completely at ease trusting them and the process.

Steve was a tremendous help. He stayed calm and patient when we were often stressed and walked us through each phase. I highly recommend Prospect and Steve Field for anyone looking to buy property.

Nick, Tia and Joe were on top of the entire mortgage process, start to finish. Never was I made to feel uncomfortable about any of my financial or credit issues. Particularly, Nick Long was amazing, always respectful, responsive and there with the answers to my questions, answering his phone long after working hours. I already have recommended Prospect Mortgage to a couple of friends, even before we closed. I know that I can be difficult to deal with when things get stressful. Nick's level of professionalism made the potentially painful process of getting a mortgage as simple as could be. Should I ever need another mortgage or wish to refinance, Prospect Mortgage's Nick Long is the first call that I will make.

We purchased our home four years ago through Prospect Mortgage and felt empowered to make the best decision at that point, we recently found ourselves looking to refinance and our obvious choice was Prospect Mortgage because of their excellent customer service. You see throughout these last four years our loan officer Priscilla Brooks kept in contact with us. We have had questions throughout these last couple of years and she has always been there willing to answer and research any questions we might have, never making us feel that we were bothering her. Being provided good customer service is very rare these days, so when you find excellent customer service you will keep coming back. I will most definitely recommend prospect lending to my friends and family. Thanks again Priscila for all your hard work and your excellent customer service!

Speaking from my point of view, I only have good things to say about Prospect Mortgage. My refinance was handle professionally, timely, and went very smoothly. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, courteous, and answered any questions or concerns I had, no matter how many times they must have heard it before. I would highly recommend them and would use them again if the situation presented itself.
