Homebridge (formerly Prospect)Reviews of prospectmortgagedirect.com

I had the great fortune of working with Johnnie Manglardi to close my new home and it really was such a pleasure! He made the loan application process so easy during what can already be a very stressful time. Johnnie was extremely knowledgeable about the different types of mortgages and took great lengths to help me choose a mortgage that was right for my needs. He was always available and willing to answer any of my questions, making sure that I understood the process every step of the way. Johnnie really did go above and beyond in helping push my mortgage application through as quickly and painlessly as possible. I look forward to sharing my experience with my friends and family, as I would love to refer Johnnie and Prospect Mortgage to others!

I anticipated that refinancing my home would be a lengthy and somewhat frustrating experience. From the first day my loan officer called to introduce himself to the final day of closing, Brandon has been the most proficient loan officer I have ever encountered. Brandon is very thorough and informative from beginning to end . The process could by no way have been any more incredible. I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend prospect to anyone and everyone. P. Giles

Judy Hoffman owned the process from start to finish. Very prompt to respond and address concerns. Great work anticipating and getting ahead of potential snags. I felt I had a trusted advisor in my corner. Smooth closing, anxiety free. Thank you Judy Hoffman and team

One of the biggest decisions you make in your life is to buy a home. Our loan officer was available for any and every question we had through the process and explained things that we were unsure of.

Preston Sims and the rest of the team at Prospect were outstanding! We have dealt with many different lenders and mortgage brokers through the years and Preston was by far the best. He was extremely responsive, very organized and always professional. He was able to get us a great rate on our mortgage as well! After this experience, I would highly recommend Preston and Propect mortgage!

I have worked with Chris McRae on two separate home loan transactions. He and Mike Edwards are so helpful and skilled at what they do. Both processes were seamless and we were kept updated on all statuses. We are currently looking for a third property and will use this team again for the next home loan. I have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so. Great job guys!
