Joe Manglardi was instrumental in helping us achieve our goal to have a home in Florida. He took the time, answered all our questions and was always available when we needed him. He took us from start to finish. We were cleared to close in 3 weeks. Thank you Joe for helping to make our dream come true

John Stratford assisting my buyers with obtaining their mortgage through Prospect Mortgage by going the extra mile throughout the entire process. He kept in frequent communication with the borrowers and their realtor, which was very much appreciated and often not done. He also attended the closing, as he always tries to do. He established a personal relationship with the buyer and the realtor which assisted in making the transaction seamless. I highly recommend John Stratford and will utilize his services again. Adam Backes advocated for me during a particularly difficult HUD 203k renovation loan. His hard work led to the purchase our family's first home together with the funding needed to renovate the entire kitchen and replace nearly all of the flooring. Thanks to Adam, we will be hosting extended family this holiday season in our newly gorgeous home!

Professional, knowledgeable, responsive and excited about helping us get in our new home. I so appreciated the great customer service. We felt like they really cared about us and our loan process. They helped explain in common language the many things we didn't know about the mortgage and kept things moving along at as fast of pace as possible.

My experience with Prospect Mortgage was wonderful. The loan officer was clear, direct, thorough, and professional. She answered all my questions, brought any issues to my attention promptly, and funded my loan early. By far the best experience I have had working with a lender.
