Zach is very knowledgeable in the loan business and does everything he can to make the process painless and smooth. He is an excellent communicator and is a credit to the loan industry. I wish all loan originators were as dedicated as he is to their work.

We were under contract with pulte/centex building a new house and we were using pulte mortgage. They kept jerking us around for lack of a better term and then 60 days before closing pulte still couldn't get us final approval. Called DEE HUGHES and he had us all approved and good to go in less then TWO weeks. Unbelievable customer service and two very happy customers.

On the recommendation of my Realtor, I contacted Brownie from Prospect Mortgage after initially being turned down by my credit union. Brownie took the time to understand our financial and credit situations and helped my wife and I put together a strong application that was ultimately approved and funded.
