At first we were skeptical about buying the house,there were a lots of but's no money to put down,taking care of the process,no knowledge at all! Then one day while scrolling through Facebook, I saw this page helping people with down payment assistance and somehow asked my husband to call them up! The loan officer whom my husband spoke with was so comfortable to talk with,he explains things how the program works all we have to do is to gather those requirements we already have. Set up an account to be able to look up listings and next thing we knew,things get easier.A constant communication from the agent and your loan officer gave us connection which truly gave us so much easier as we thought regarding purchasing a house. We felt the concern and our value as the process go along.So from that a new friendship builds up.I love those guys (Tony Campuzano and of course Mary Tan Addington) if not weren't from this program and those people who helped us we are not gonna be able to have our own.In a matter of 2 months or less we got to have the house we picked.Not our dream house yet,but someday when our family gets bigger.So we saved their contact number and always willing to share for all the people who wants to have their own dream house.This program really helps a lot of people like us,so definitely recommended to everyone.
