I used Prospect for a prior home re-finance and was so pleased with the service, I chose to go back to Prospect for their customer service and their great loan packages. I was supported throughout the whole process and had my questions answered promptly and felt truly cared for. Very professional attitude,work ethics,and reliable. I really didn't think my loan would be approved, so I called every few days to get a update on my loan status. I know I became a pain in the ... My loan officer (Maurice) always answered my calls and the thousands of questions I had. I knew I was in good hands because he explained every step of every process until the keys to my home was in my hands. COMFORTABLE FEELING.
