Like so many others I wanted to remortgage my home but just didn't have time. I have a young family and 2 full time jobs always on the go. I worked with Kevin and he made things so easy. Text was best means of communication for me as I could respond while on the go or in a meeting and he communicated using the source that was best for me. The attorney came to my home to sign all the peperwork. Excellent service!

I have worked with Clarissa Chueire of Prospect Mortgage for the better part of 10 years on multiple residential transactions. My latest interaction with Clarissa was the most competitive and important transaction to date. I was in a bidding war for what will be my primary residence and had to waive my mortgage contingency. I had been looking for the better part of 6 months and kept an active file with Clarissa. When I found this property, I immediately contacted Clarissa and she underwrote my file to make sure that I could afford/be approved for the purchase of this home. To obtain the accepted offer, I had to waive my mortgage contingency, but having Clarissa underwrite my file ahead of time gave me the confidence in doing so. The process thereafter was painless and we were ready to close within 4 weeks. I could not have done this without her and she is a vital asset for anyone to have when purchasing residential properties. I have and will continue to refer her to all of my family, friends and whomever is looking for a residential mortgage.
