Homebridge (formerly Prospect)Reviews of prospectmortgagedirect.com

Ty was wonderful working with me and my client to arrive at a fast (2 week),seamless closing that didn't seem to be the case with the first lenders we worked with. Thanks so much for pulling this one out Ty!

Judy and her group were awesome. I will definitely using them for any future home buying needs. Made the process painless!

Anthony kept us in the loop during this transaction and was clear and upfront about our expectations. He was able to follow through on his promise of a smooth and no surprise closing. Would use Prospect and Anthony again.

Very competitive rates and the people at Prospect Mortgage made all the difference. They followed through rapidly and efficiently and kept their words through the entire process.

No choice to be made. Having Stephanie in your corner is the best decision anyone could make. She truly defines what customer service is and other loan officers should take note of what she does.

We were recommended to Marla Barch and her team through a mutual friend, and we could not be more satisfied with the results. Step by step, we were walked through the process with care and empathy. We never felt stupid or naive as first time buyers. We definitely plan on going immediately to Marla for any future needs. Do yourself a favor and go right to them now!

Michele Stanish is the BEST !!! Love her and so does every client I have ever sent her. And that number is well into the hundreds.. She has done ALL my personal loans and she never disappoints. Need an honest hard working professional? CALL MICHELE STANISCH

Rita was amazing throughout the entire process! She was thorough and diligent with each step. I will return to and recommend Prospect for future mortgage needs; so long as she is with you! THANK YOU RITA!
